Delivery & Packaging
Our orders are dispatched within 3 working days of you placing your order. Our working days are Monday to Friday. Royal Mail are our delivery service provider.
UK Deliveries only. To try and cut our carbon foot print we have decided right now to only post the United Kingdom. Not in the United Kingdom but love one of our products, get in touch and we will try to point out a retailer that can help you.
1st Class - Delivery within usually 1-2 working days from dispatch - £3.10
2nd Class - Delivery within usually 2-3 working days from dispatch - £4.10 (Free on orders over £50.00)
FREE DELIVERY TO CUSTOMERS WITHIN THE M41 POSTCODE: your orders will be delivered by Lily Lyla on Mondays (Excluding Bank Holidays) and Tuesdays. We will also try to deliver Wednesday to Friday so please let us know if you need your order ASAP and we can pop out for you!
Please note: we can not offer refunds for packages misplaced due to incorrect details until the package has been found. Please make sure you enter the correct delivery address details. If your package is returned to us due to the incorrect postal address, if the package has not been picked up from royal mail depot in time or for any other reason we will ask you to pay the 2nd Class Delivery of £2.99 for the package to be sent out again.
We aim to use reused cardboard boxes for our parcels and packaging. This means that your orders may arrive in boxes used by other companies. When this isn't possible we will purchase boxes and packaging from reputable companies using responsibly sourced materials.
We also use compostable parcel tape to seal your parcels, which has a latex-based adhesive that is also compostable, or your tape can be recycled with your box.
You won't find a receipt with your parcel, this is because our receipts are emailed to you and we feel a second receipt is wasting paper. If you would like a receipt sent with your parcel, just let us know!
We have the option at checkout for our local customers within the M41 post code free delivery with their orders. Your orders will be delivered in paper bags made from recycled paper. We have recently stopped using stickers to place our logo on our packaging to reduce our paper use. We now use a stamp that can be used again and again! For larger orders they will also be delivered in a reused box or one made from recycled paper. You can also take your items off us at delivery and we will take the box/bag away for us to reuse again!
Return & Exchange Policy
If you are not satisfied with a purchase please email us at . Please provide details such as reasons for return or exchange and photos of any faults or damages to the product. We will offer a full refund for items returned within 14 days of delivery. Please email us within 7 days of receiving your delivery if you wish to return goods. The item must be returned unused, undamaged and in the original packaging for us to issue a full refund. Please see our terms and conditions for more information.
